Article 1. - Object of these terms and conditions
The object of these terms and conditions is to define the general conditions of online booking and the rental of products offered by:

Hereinafter referred to as « the site »,
Article 2. - Application of these terms and conditions
These terms and conditions for online reservation and rental apply to all reservations made through the site.
They supersede any other conditions or documents.
By reserving on the site, the client accepts them fully and without reserve.
REGSI SPORTS reserves the right to modify them at any moment.
The conditions applicable are those in vigour at the time of reservation.
Article 3. - Equipment and Options offered on the site
Presentation
The principal characteristics of the equipment and the options offered online are described on the site.
REGIS SPORTS reserves the right at any moment to retract one of more product references or any option featured on the site.
The texts, photographs, graphics and information used in the description of products or options are non-contractual and may not be held in any way to bind REGIS SPORTS.

Duration of availability of the equipment and options offered.
The equipment and options offered on the site remain available only so long as they remain accessible on line, at REGIS SPORTS's sole decision, but subject to the proviso that availability is limited to the amount of stock available.
Prices
The rental prices and prices for the options offered on the site are given in Euros, including taxes, and remain valid so long as they remain accessible on the site, at REGIS SPORTS sole decision.
REGIS SPORTS reserves the right at any time to modify the rental prices or the prices for the options offered on the site.
The price applicable to a reservation will remain the price in force at the time of the reservation.
Promotions or price reductions offered on the site are valid only for reservations made through the site.
The price for any equipment rented or option taken in-shop, including additional equipment or options or modifications to a booking made online, will be based on the public prices displayed in-shop.
However, for any extension of the rental period requested in-shop prior to the expiry of the initial period will be charged in accordance with the prices and discounts applied at the time of the online booking.
Article 4. - Reservation
The Procedure
Online booking of the products and options offered on the site will be carried out using the following procedure:
- Selection of shop and rental period.
- Selection of the equipment (skis, snowboard..) and if applicable selection of the options to add boots ;
- Identification of the client (surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address ...) ;
- Consultation and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions ;
- Verification by the client of the equipment requested and the total price ;
Each of these steps of the rental procedure involves a page of the site, or a specific part of a page.
The client can access any of these steps only after having completed and validated the preceding step.
At any point until the definitive confirmation of the booking the client can go back to the previous steps, particularly to modify them.
The final steps in the reservation procedure consist of:
- Confirmation of the receipt of the booking to the client's e-mail address shortly following the placing of the booking request ;
- Final confirmation of the booking request by the client by sending a copy of the e-mail received along with a 30 % deposit check of the total amount ;
The booking will not become effective until the payment or in the case of a multi-stage payment the instalment which is due has been made.
The parties agree that this is an essential and determining condition of the contract.
The following documents form part of the contract

Article 5. - Payment
Currency
Payment fo the rental price is made in Euros. No other currency is acceptable regardless of the nationality of the client or the country from which the booking is made.
Payment Methods
By bank cheque, with the folllowing conditions :
- only cheques drawn in Euros made out to REGIS SPORTS are accepted ;
- the reservation number must be indicated on the back of the cheque ;
- the cheque must be sent to the address indicated on the confirmation of reciept of the booking request
- cheques must be sent a minimum of 8 (eight) days before the date of collection of the equipment in shop ;
- the reservation will not be confirmed to the client until the cheque has been recieved.
Payment Conditions
A 30% deposit is due at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
Balance is due at the time of the end of the rental service, by Credit Card or Bank Check.
Article 6. - Cancellation
The client has the right to cancel the contract within a period of seven working days from the day following the sending of the e-mail confirming the booking.

The client does not require to give any justification for the exercise of their right to cancel the contract and no penalty is applied.
The sums paid by the client will be refunded to them in full.
The right to cancel the contract can not under any circumstances be exercised after the client has taken possession of the equipment should this take place before the expiry of the aforementioned period during which the client may cancel the contract.
In the case of cancelation of the contract by the client within the time limit mentionned above, the reimbursement of the sum paid by the client will be made within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the client's request to cancel the contract.
Article 7. - Unavailabity of Equipment
In the event of the products or the options reserved by the client being unavailable, the client will be informed as soon as possible, to the e-mail address provided by them at the time of the reservation. In this event the client will have the possibility to request the cancellation of the reservation, or to request an amendment to the reservation:

In the event of the client requesting the cancellation of the contract the sums paid by the client will be refunded in full within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the receipt of the client's request:
Article 8. - Collection of Equipment
The client may collect the equipment reserved online at the date, time and place indicated in the confirmation e-mail.
However the equipment will not be handed over to the client unless the full payment, or the part of the payment due prior to collection of the equipment has been paid.
Failure to pay the price or the part of the price due at any time will result in automatic resiliation of the contract by REGIS SPORTS without any prior notice.
At the time of collection, the client must confirm that the equipment collected by them conforms to their reservation and must sign the printed rental agreement which will be presented to them in-shop. In the event of the client not being satisfied that the equipment collected by them conforms to their reservation they must indicate any discrepancy or anomaly on the printed form in their own handwriting accompanied by their signature.
Article 9. - Rental of Equipment
Durée de location
The rental period is as indicated on the e-mail confirmation of the reservation.
Any extension of this period may be arranged in-shop on condition that this is requested by the client prior to the expiry of the initial rental period.
REGIS SPORTS reserve the right at their discretion to refuse a request for the extension of the rental period, in particular in the event of there being a problem with availability of the equipment.
The prices and other conditions applying to this extended rental period will be those applicable at the time of the online reservation.
Use of the Rental Equipment
The client shall be the sole judge of their capacity to use the equipment rented and that of the persons identified as users of the equipment at the time of the reservation request.
The client alone is responsible for their use of the equipment from the point when they take possession of it.
The equipment rented is destined only for use by the client and those persons indicated as users of the equipment and the client has no right to sub-let the equipment or to lend it to third parties whether for a consideration or free of charge.
Return of Equipment
The equipment rented must be returned no later than 9 (nine) am on the day following the last day of the rental period.
The client will be charged for a full day rental on the basis of the public prices available in-shop for ant equipment not returned by the said time.
In the absence of handwritten reserves made by the client at the time of collection of the equipment, the client recognises and accepts that the equipment is in good condition at the time of collection and must be returned in the same condition.
All equipment is coded and marked and the same equipment with the identical codes and marks must be returned.
In the event of the equipment being damages in any way, the cost of returning the equipment to good condition will be invoiced to the client.
Damage which can not be repaired will be invoiced to the client on the same basis as equipment which has not been returned.
For clarity, it is specifically stated that the rental cost will not be deducted from the sums.
In the event of failure to return the equipment for whatever reason the client will be invoiced.
Article 10. - Optional Insurance against Loss, Theft or Damage
At the time of the collecting of the skis in the shop, the client may elect to select the optional insurance offered by REGIS SPORTS which covers the risk of loss, theft or damage of the skis or snowboards rented.
This releases the client, subject to an excess being paid by them, from the obligation to pay the replacement cost of the equipment in the event of loss, theft or damage of the equipment rented. In the first two cases, the insurance will only come into effect on production by the client of proof of an official report of the loss or theft of the equipment.
Article 11. - Cancellation in the event of illness or injury
In the event of illness or accident confirmed by a medical certificate, whether occurring before or after the collection of the equipment, the client may request the cancellation of the booking.

The supporting medical certificate(s) must be included with this request.
The following stipulations apply
- only the equipment and options reserved by the individual(s) directly concerned by the illness or injury will be refunded ;
- n the event of the illness or injury arising after the equipment has been collected by the client, only the period of rental remaining will be refunded, on a pro-rata basis ;
- a charge of 1 € per individual concerned will be charged by REGIS SPORTS as an administration fee and deducted from the amount refunded.
The refund will be made within a maximum of fifteen days from receipt of the client's request.
Article 12. - Responsability
REGIS SPORTS will not be held responsable or liable in any way for any failure:
- Arising from an act of the client or from a third party to the contract ;
- Or arising from events described as "force majeure"
REGIS SPORTS will not in any event be held liable for any contractual or indirect damages arising as a result of these terms and conditions.
In no event will REGIS SPORTS be liable in any way as a result of hypertext links from the site to other web sites.
REGIS SPORTS will not be liable in any event should it be impossible, as a result of the client's fault, to acknowledge receipt of the rental request or to confirm the reservation by e-mail. This will apply in particular where the e-mail address supplied by the client does not exist, is wrong, is not valid or is saturated and unable to receive messages.
Article 13. - Personal information
Under the law n°2004-801 of 6th august 2004 concerning the protection of personal information which modified the law n¡78-17 of 6 janvier 1978 concerning computers, computer files and freedom:
The client is informed that personal information concerning them, provided by them during the reservation, will be subject to a computer operation required to seal with their reservation request.
The client is also informed that failure to provide the required personal information during the reservation process will prevent the reservation being correctly effected.
The information which is obligatory are those fields indicated by an asterisk.

Article 15. - Applicable legal system and language of the contrat
This contract is subject to French Law. The language of the contract is French. If the contract is translated into a foreign language the French version will rule.
Article 16. - Litigation
Any litigation must be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gap (France) who will be the only courts of competent jurisdiction.
